Tōnē Flōrēal on Growing Up, Protecting Your Inner-Child & Becoming a “Keeper of the Flame”

Tōnē Flōrēal is an International Man of Mystery, a real-life cross between Austin Powers and Forrest Gump. He has traveled the world learning from the all-stars of healing and human performance. His company, FlowReal, shares this collective knowledge and wisdom through his Magic Flow Bus Events and Podcast.

In today’s episode, we ended up scrapping our plan to talk about Tōnē’s business ventures and how he got to Northern Ireland instead covering the fertile ground of:

  • The deeper meaning behind Batman

  • Learning to stand up for ourselves

  • Protecting our inner-child

  • Getting out of toxic relationships/environments

  • The dark side of the flow-state

  • And learning to embrace the reality of life rather than constantly chasing the next high

Talking with Tōnē is like playing improvised Jazz with a musical prodigy and I’m so exciting to share this jam-packed, raw audio adventure with you today.

Check it out.
